Park Hyatt Zurich has been acquired by a consortium of investors

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (aka Hyatt Corporation, or Hyatt Hotels & Resorts), the US based company, that owns operates and develops hotels and all-inclusive properties, has sold Park Hyatt Hotel GmbH, the Switzerland based 138-key luxury hotel with ancillary office and parking elements, to Trinity Investments, the US and UK based private real estate investment firm, Oaktree Capital Management LP, the US based global investment firm, and UBS Asset Management’s Real Estate & Private Markets Multi-Managers business. The acquisition includes the hotel’s luxurious amenities, such as meeting and event spaces, dining options, a fitness center, and underground parking. Additionally, over 3,800 square meters of office space on the property were included in the deal.
