DNV AS, the Norway based assurance and risk management provider, has become the sole owner of Ocean Ecology, the UK based marine and environmental survey specialist that specialises in providing a range of marine environmental surveys, analysis and consultancy services. This follows DNV’s earlier acquisition of Åkerbla, the previous majority shareholder of Ocean Ecology.
