Triton to sell Nemas Holdco AS

The Smaller Mid-Cap Fund of Triton Investments Advisers LLP, the UK based private equity firm, has sold Norstat AS (Nemas Holdco AS), the Norway based data collection provider for market research and insight in Europe, to Nalka Invest AB (f.k.a. Inter IKEA Investments AB), the Sweden based investment firm, and Kirk Kapital AS, the Denmark based family-owned investment company. Following the completion of the acquisition, Nalka will be the majority shareholder and Kirk Kapital will own a 28% minority stake. Management and board members of Norstat will continue as shareholders.
