A consotrium of investors consisting of Polaris Management AS, the Denmark based private equity firm, Niklas Lundqvist, the founder of Awardit, Samir Taha (Sultanen Invest AB), Filip Engelbert (Gornegrat Capital AB), and Jonas Nordlander (Lhotse Capital AB), have made a public offer to acquire all the shares, that are not already held by the consortium, in Awardit AB, the Sweden based operator of customer clubs, loyalty programs, sales incentive programs, digital points currencies and reward shops. The consortium already owns 4,278,018 shares in aggregate, and intends to acquire the remaining 4,382,830 shares at a SEK 132 per share price, that corresponds to a SEK 578.5m purchase price. The transaction values the total number of shares in Awardit to approximately SEK 1.143bn. All the shares acquired in the offer and held by the consortium will be transaferred to the jointly owned Fayes Investeringar 1 AB. Prior to the offer, as of 31. December 2023, Awardits shareholders included Polaris Private Equity fund V KS (Fayes Investeringar 1 AB), Niklas Lundqvist, Filip Engelbert, Jonas Nordlander, Consensus Asset Management AB, Samir Taha (Sultanen Invest AB), Johan Hagman, Magellan Privatstiftung, S Thorberg Inspiration Investment Ltd, Fredrik Landgren, and other undisclosed shareholders.
