Volati AB, the Swedish industrial investor, through its subsidiary Salix Group, has acquired all shares in Beslag Design i Bastad AB, the Sweden based, family owned interior design company, that develops and markets a wide range of fittings and interior details, from Bjorn Bergstrom and Hans Bergstrom.
