Verdane Capital Advisors AS, the Norway based private equity and venture capital firm, has acquired The Packaging Group GmbH, the Germany based company, which develops advanced packaging technology that helps customers switch from plastic to sustainable paper packaging, Indevis IT-Consulting and Solutions GmbH, the Germany based cybersecurity company, that focuses on network solutions, as well as technical consulting, management, and support services, r2p GmbH, the Germany based supplier of intelligent technology systems for public transport,
MUEGGE GmbH, the Germany based manufacturer and supplier of industrial microwave components, plasma sources and systems and EBERTLANG Distribution GmbH, the Germany based distributor of infrastructure software for small and mid-sized companies in German-speaking Europe. These acquisitions were part of a transaction where Verdane acquired the portfolio companies of HQ Equita Fund V. The transaction offers the existing investors a liquidity option as well as continuity for the HQ Equita team.
