Vaaka Partners has successfully completed the sale of Tietokeskus

Vaaka Partners Buyout Fund II Ky, a fund managed by Vaaka Partners Oy, the Finland based private equity firm, has completed the divestment of Tietokeskus Finland Oy, the Finland based independent ICT infrastructure service provider for small- and medium-sized enterprises and public sector organizations, to a newly formed Continuation Vehicle. The CV will be managed by Vaaka, through a majority investment by Vaaka Partners Buyout Fund IV Ky. eQ, the Finland based asset manager is also joining the Continuation Vehicle as a new co-investor alongside Vaaka IV.
