Triton completes acquisition of Trench

Triton Investments Advisers LLP, the UK based private equity firm, has acquired Siemens Energy’s Trench business, a global portfolio of companies specialized in the manufacturing of high-voltage grid components including bushings, instrument transformers and coil products, from Siemens Energy AG, the Germany based energy technology company formed by the spin off of the former Gas and Power division of Siemens.
