Sponsor Capital Oy, the Finland based private equity investor, has invested in Suomen Kulutusosa Oy, the Finland based B2B focused technical trade company, that sells spare and wear parts to customers in sectors such as rock aggregate crushing, infrastructure construction, and road maintenance. Current entrepreneurs, Mikko Patojoki and Jukka Halttunen, will continue in leadership positions and remain significant owners. The transaction is subject to an approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and is expected to close by the end of November 2023.
