Delémont, January 6, 2022 – Sequotech Group is acquiring UDITIS SA, a specialized IT services company. Thereby, the Group is executing its ambitious growth strategy aiming to strengthen its position in the Swiss market. As part of this strategy, Verium had acquired the majority of dbi services through Sequotech (formerly IT Data Holding) in November 2020. Through the acquisition of UDITIS, the Group is further expanding its service portfolio. UDITIS’ founders and key team members remain significantly invested as shareholders and will continue to develop the company as part of Sequotech.
