RSK Group Plc, the UK based environmental, engineering and technical services group providing end-to-end environmental consulting and engineering solutions to a vast array of clients across the water, energy, construction and infrastructure sectors, has raised GBP 500m preferred equity investment in a funding round led by Searchlight Capital Partners UK LLP, the UK and US based global private equity firm, and Ares Management, the UK and US based global provider of debt and equity finance. In addition, Ares has provided GBP 300m debt facility to further support RSK’s growth plans, bringing total available debt facilities provided by Ares to GBP 1.4bn.
