Ratos har tecknat avtal om att förvärva 70% av konsultbolaget Knightec och ingår därmed ett partnerskap med medgrundaren och vd:n Dimitris Gioulekas. Under de senaste tolv månaderna omsatte Knightec 941 MSEK med en justerad EBITA om 140 MSEK. Köpeskillingen på skuldfri basis (Enterprise Value) för 100% av bolaget uppgår till 1 625 MSEK, motsvarande en multipel om 11,6 (EV/EBITA).
