Newlight Partners sell Lit Fibre to CityFibre

CityFibre Holdings Ltd, the UK based independent fibre broadband infrastructure provider, has acquired a 100% stake in Lit Fibre Group Ltd, the UK based internet service provider (ISP), from Newlight Partners LP, the US based growth-focused middle market private equity firm. In accordance with the share-based acquisition, Newlight Partners became a minority shareholder in CityFibre.
