KGaA, the Germany based private equity firm, has acquired Greenview Group, the UK based provider of mechanical and electrical installation, heating installation and servicing, property maintenance and improvements as well as a range of sustainable energy solutions, including domestic energy efficiency services, from Cordovan Capital Management, the UK based private equity investment company, and the current management team, including CEO Michael Burke.
