Marlin Equity Partners Limited, the UK based global private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in Cloud Technology Solutions Group (doing business as CTS and as CloudM), the UK based provider of cloud migration and management to customers through its proprietary software and managed services, from NorthEdge Fund II, the fund of NorthEdge Capital LLP, the UK based middle market private equity firm. As part of the transaction NorthEdge Fund II and NorthEdge Fund III, have reinvested in the company.
