MCWIN S.R.O. (a.k.a McWin Partners), the Prague based private equity and venture capital firm, has acquired a 95% stake in Sticks N Sushi AS, the Denmark based owner and operator of Japanese restaurants, at an EUR 80m valuation. As part of the deal Maj Invest Equity, the Denmark based private equity firm, has sold its stake in the company.
