Longacre Group acquires Versiv Composites from Saint-Gobain

Longacre Group Limited, the UK based private investment firm, has acquired Versiv Composites Limited (formerly Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Ireland Limited), the Ireland based developer and manufacturer of a range of highly technical coated fabrics, films and laminates, from Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA, the France based multinational company, that develops, manufactures and distributes materials and building solutions for construction, transportation, infrastructure and industrial applications.
