Korona Invest Oy, the Finland based venture capital and private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in Fredman Group Oy, the Finland based family owned producer of kitchen products, such as baking paper, filter papers and cling film, from Clas Fredman and Peter Fredman. Clas and Peter Fredman will continue as significant minority owners in the company.
