KKR invest in Söderberg & Partners

Soderberg & Partners Holding AB, the Sweden based insurance and wealth management company, has raised SEK 2.3bn (around EUR 200m, USD 215m) in a new share issue from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR), the US based global private equity firm. After the transaction, Soderberg & Partners will continue to be controlled its founders and supported by its two significant minority shareholders, KKR and TA Associates.
