Pochtler Industrieholding (dba. iSi Group), the Austria based industrial group, has acquired the bankruptcy estate of Hovding Sverige AB, the Sweden based designer and developer of bicycle helmets. The acquisition of assets includes all technology, knowhow, patents, and other intellectual property rights formerly held by Hovding Sverige AB, but does not include stock, inventory or the business as such.
