Travelsoft, the France based travel software business, that provides specialist booking software solutions to the travel industry, has acquired ATCORE Technology Group Limited, the UK based company, that provides reservation and e-commerce software solutions, from Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP, the UK based private equity firm, and LDC (Managers) Limited, the UK based private equity and venture capital firm.
