IK Investment Partners Limited, the UK based private equity firm, through its IK Small Cap III Fund, has acquired an undisclosed stake in Q-Concepts Accountancy B.V., the Netherlands based accountancy and audit firm, from founding partners, including Cor Pijnenburg, for an undisclosed amount, who have significantly reinvested alongside IK.
