Handverksgruppen AS, the Norway based surfacing contractor within painting, bricklaying, flooring and tiling, has acquired Baur GmbH, the Germany based painting company, from co-founders Joachim Baur and Annette Baur, who will continue as shareholders in Handverksgruppen and the business will continue to be run under the same brand.
