Gro Capital AS (formerly known as DKA Capital AS), the Denmark based private equity firm specializing in investments in turnaround, buyout, expansion, add-on acquisitions, and growth capital transactions in middle market and mature companies, has acquired a majority stake in Catenda AS, the Norway based provider of open ecosystem collaboration and data exchange software for construction and infrastructure projects. Spring Capital Polaris, the lead investor in Catenda to date, sells all its shares in this transaction.
