Flock Limited, the UK based insurtech company using real-time data to enable and incentivise safer driving, has raised USD 38m in a Series B funding round led by Octopus Ventures Limited, the UK based venture capital firm, with participation from CommerzVentures, Social Capital, Dig Ventures, Anthemis, and Foresight Ventures.
