EMH Partners has made a minority investment in Stonebranch

EMH Partners GmbH, the Germany based private equity firm providing growth capital for technology-enabled firms, has acquired a significant minority stake in Stonebranch GmbH, the US and Germany based provider of service orchestration and automation solutions. Elvaston Capital Management GmbH has retained its majority stake in the comany. The deal is valued between USD 200-500m.
