CarbonPool Holding AG, the Switzerland based carbon credit insurance company, has raised CHF 10.5m (EUR 11.2m, USD 12m) in a funding round led by Heartcore Capital AS (previously known as Sunstone Technology Ventures), the Denmark based venture capital firm, and MM Venture Management GmbH (a.k.a. Vorwerk Ventures), the Germany based venture capital fund, with participation from HCS Capital Partners LLC, the US based investment firm, Revent Capital GmbH (aka Revent Ventures), the Germany based early-stage venture fund, and former Allianz board members Axel Theis and Christof Mascher.
