The CapMan Special Situations Fund of CapMan Oyj, the Finland based private equity firm, has acquired an 80% majority stake in TerraWise Oy, the Finland based infrastructure construction company. As part of the transaction, Sentica Partners Oy, the Finland based private equity firm and some private owners, have exited their investment in the company, while the key persons of TerraWise have remained significant minority owners.
