BC Partners, the UK based international private equity firm, has sold its stake in Forno dAsolo Group (aka FdA Group), the Italy based international manufacturer and distributor of frozen bakery products, to the Bagnoli family and Frozen Investments S.a r.l., an independently managed investment company of InvesIndustrial VIII. Forno dAsolo will merge with Sammontana, the Italy based gelato company. The Bagnoli family, InvesIndustrial and the management team will own 100% of the new group.
