Ruotsalainen Karnell AB on 11. tammikuuta 2022 tehdyllä kaupalla hankkinut omistukseensa enemmistön Rotomon Oy:n osakekannasta. Rotomonin toimitusjohtaja Antti Kuukkanen ja pääomasijoitusyhtiö Midinvest Oy jatkavat konsernissa vähemmistöomistajina.
