Addtech AB, the Sweden based technology trading company, that operates in four business areas, which are components, energy, industrial process and power solutions, has acquired 100% of the shares outstanding in GoDrive AS, the Norway based supplier of frequency converters and accessories. GoDrive will become a part of and complement the operations in the BEVI-group who is a supplier of electric drive systems.
