Borjesson Pipe Systems AB, the Sweden based company engaged in sustainable flow technology solutions and products, has acquired a 100% stake in Minrox AB, the Sweden based specialist company in flow technology, that focuses on providing solutions for challenging environments and processes involving extremely abrasive fluids, from Bjorn Gardelin and Nils-Olov Wigren. Minrox will be part of the Infrastructure business area under the Flow Technology business unit.
