Kirk Kapital AS, the Denmark based family-owned investment company, has acquired DOT AS (fka Dansk Overflade Teknik), the Denmark based company, that specializes in a suite of metal surface treatment services, including hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, painting, and metallization, from Jysk-Fynsk Kapital AS, the Denmark based private equity firm, and four Jutland industrial families. Kirk Kapital will invite other partners into the ownership structure and reduce its ownership stake, in accordance with its starategy to be a large minority shareholder.
