Nordic Capital to sell Sunrise Medical

Nordic Capital AB, the Sweden based private equity firm has announced a EUR 240m IPO for its portfolio company Sunrise Medical, GmbH., the Germany based company that designs, manufactures, and markets medical products and assistive technology devices for the recovery, rehabilitation, and respiratory needs of patients in institutional and homecare settings. The IPO was aborted and Sunrise Medical was instead divested to Platinum Equity.
