Svolder Aktiebolag, the Sweden based investment company, has acquired an undisclosed amount of shares in MilDef Group AB, the Sweden based company that delivers tactical IT, including rugged hardware, software, and services for the defence industry, for an undisclosed amount. After the transaction, Svolders total shareholding amounts to 4,178,434 shares, corresponding to 10.5 percent of the share capital and votes.
