Nordic Capital AB, the Sweden based private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in BRP Systems Group AB, the Sweden based provider of enterprise software and digital services for the fitness industry, alongside the companys management team, from the Valedo Partners III AB fund of Valedo Partners AB, the Sweden based private equity firm.
