Andra Tech Group (f.k.a. Kusters Beheer), the Netherlands based group of companies focused on the manufacture of precision mechanical components for clients in the aerospace, automotive, food and medical industries, has acquired Lucassen Groep, the Netherlands based company focused on manufacturing of high-precision components for customers in the semiconductor, analytical and optics sectors amongst others, from Daniël Gulikers. Lucassen is also a specialist in cleanroom assembly.
