SATS Ltd., the Sinagpore based global aviation food solutions provider, via its subsidiary WFS Sweden AB, the Sweden based global air cargo logistics provider, has acquired Terminal & Transporttjanst i Sigtuna AB, the Sweden based cargo warehouse and trucking operator, that provides cargo handling and transportation services to airlines, freight forwarders and time-critical medical suppliers, and APH Logistics AB, the Sweden based company, that provides border inspection services at the Stockholm Arlanda airport, for a SEK 94m purchase price.
