Pemberstone Capital Partners, the UK based investment company, has acquired Sterling Thermal Technology, the UK based specialist engineering, manufacturing, and services company, that supplies custom Heat Exchange and Heat Recovery solutions primarily for the power distribution, energy, defence and industrial markets throughout the world, from Nova Capital Management Limited, the UK based private equity and venture capital firm, and Caledonia Investments, the UK based investment trust company.
