Roko AB, the Sweden based investment company, has acquired a 85% stake in Baymax B.V., the Netherlands based holding company for Siderius Zeepfabriek B.V. and its subsidiaries. Siderius is a manufacturer of cleaning detergents, bar soap, and branded cleaning products. The previous owner Bas Korswagen will continue as Managing Director and minority shareholder post-completion.
