Nimbus BV, the Netherlands based private equity investor, through its Nimbus V (aka Nimbus Investment Fund V Cooperatief U.A.) fund, has acquired the activities of CêlaVíta B.V., the Netherlands based chilled potato product manufacturer, for an undisclosed amount from McCain Foods Limited, the Canada based multinational frozen food company.
