Accenture PLC, the Ireland based multinational company specializing in information technology services and consulting, has acquired GemSeek Consulting Ltd, the Bulgaria based customer experience analytics provider, from Next Wave Partners LLP, the UK based private equity firm, Beechbrook Capital LLP, the UK based specialist fund manager, and Acces Capital Partners, the France based private asset manager. GemSeek will join Accenture Song, Accentures tech-powered creative group.
