Bowmark Capital LLP, the UK based private equity firm, has invested in CubeLogic Ltd, the UK based provider of an enterprise-grade SaaS solution, that manages complex credit, compliance, liquidity and market risk for customers in the energy, commodities and financial services sectors. In accordance with the deal Growth Capital Partners LLP, the UK based private equity firm, has sold its minority stake in the company.
