Aqua Dental AB, the Sweden based operator of dental clinics, has acquired Mydentist Europe AB, the Sweden based dental care chain with several clinics and dentists around Sweden, from Arctos Equity, the Sweden based private equity firm. The MyDentist brand will be discontinued, while the care responsibility and the entire business will be transferred to Aqua Dental.
