Trilantic Europe acquires stake in AEROCOMPACT Group

Trilantic Europe, the UK based private equity firm focused on investments within the consumer, business services, and energy sectors, has acquired a 60% stake in AEROCOMPACT Group Holding AG, the Austria based supplier of solar mounting solutions specialising in the development, production, and distribution of substructures for mounting photovoltaic modules, from Mathias Muther Privatstiftung, the private foundation of Mathias Muther, founder of AEROCOMPACT Group. Mathias Muther Privatstiftung has retained a 40% stake in AEROCOMPACT Group.
