IK Investment Partners Limited, the UK based private equity firm, through its IK Small Cap III Fund, has acquired a co-controlling stake in Metrology & Monitoring Solutions Group, the France based metrology expert specialising in wireless temperature monitoring solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Food industries, from NAXICAP Partners, the France based private equity firm operating in all sectors and focusing on leverage buyouts and growth capital, CEO Pascal Vermeersch, Caisse dEpargne Ile-de-France Capital Investissement (CEIDF Capital Investissement), the France based private equity firm, and the management team, with the CEO and the management team reinvesting. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
