Integration of global digital advertising company Inskin Media, a member of the Beringea U.K. portfolio since 2012, will improve Azerion’s technology stack and boost its advertising capabilities.
Azerion, the fast-growing digital entertainment and media platform, has announced the acquisition of leading multi-screen, high-impact digital advertising company Inskin Media. Beringea U.K. first invested in the business in 2012, and it has fully exited its investment following the acquisition.
