Die Salzburger E-Mobiliy-Firma has.to.be hat soeben bekannt gegeben, dass es ein Übernahmeangebot von ChargePoint im Rahmen von satten 250 Millionen Euro erhalten hat. Das Unternehmen für Ladeinfrastrukturlösungen will damit seine Position im DACH-Raum verbessern. „Die offizielle Übernahme wird voraussichtlich bis zum Ende des Kalenderjahres 2021, vorbehaltlich aller behördlichen Genehmigungen und anderer üblicher Abschlussbedingungen stattfinden“, heißt es in einer Aussendung.
